Pretech's engineers typically build complex computer models of the machines they are analyzing. Animated models are constructed, precisely duplicating movements found in currently operating mill machinery, including press, dryer sections, and other machine components. These models are then subjected to multiple iterations, based on over thirty years of experience, to derive the optimal solution to mitigate movement in the machine. Solution response curves are plotted and compared to actual machine response curves, illustrating the potential benefits of proposed structural mitigation solutions.
